The Yard part five... the end... for now

A lot of life has happened in between the continuation of the yard saga. so I'll do one final post and get on with things already :)

First I want to invite you to meet some new friends:

the variegated boxwood took up residence on the left corner

next, the who knows what kind evergreen bush.

once upon the time this little guy resided in the

now non-existent front of the walkway flowerbed.

next the twins- gardenia bush 1 & 2 flanking the lovely red front door

the cool fluffy looking bush on the right corner of the house, (forgot the name), which is supposed

to grow to be a very big guy, and hopefully cover the lovely HVAC unit on the side of the house...

one of two really pretty grass plants.  this is on the end of the bed

behind the mailbox.  the other is on the left corner of the carport

the new boomerang shaped flowerbed in the front right corner...

one day it will be pretty and filled with flowers- for now its somewhat weed-free

a freshly dug up flower bed- i love black rich cleared dirt...

but then those little green guys keep sprouting up :)

 

and our old faithful friend- somewhat slimmer but no less there :)
